Perimeter House: Make Architecture
The Perimeter House by MAKE Architecture is a celebration of brick; the ever-dependable, tried and tested building product! This project features new brick walls, recycled brick walls, brick planters, brick fireplaces, a brick swimming pool surround, brick perforated screens, brick textured surfaces- every brick use possible.
This project won the Kevin Borland Masonry Award at the 2017 Think Brick Awards making it the third consecutive year that Adbri Masonry has been a part of the award-winning team presented with the Kevin Borland Masonry Award. This project is the perfect example of how concrete masonry can be used to impose overall solidity in a structure, while not being overbearing to the eye. The ‘hit and miss’ brickwork, coupled with the texture created with the setback bricks gives this project enviable aesthetics
